Shearon Stallings, FNP-C

Mrs. Stallings is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her Master’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She was also inducted into one of the most prestigious organizations, Sigma Theta Tau, an international nursing honors society. Prior to attaining this, she received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Augusta University, formerly Medical College of Georgia. She also received a prior Bachelor’s degree in Community/Public Health from Georgia College and State University.

Shearon has at least 10 years of experience in healthcare. She worked at Northside Hospital in Sandy Springs as a registered nurse for more than 6-7 years in the Neuroscience Intermediate Unit as a Level 4-5 Intermediate level staff nurse, Charge nurse, preceptor, and mentor coordinator. She worked closely with patients who’ve had strokes, back surgeries, brain tumors, and numerous other neurological conditions. She was also nominated as March of Dimes Nurse of the Year and Best Neuroscience Preceptor in 2017. She additionally has experience in the outpatient setting in primary and urgent care treating patients across the lifespan and internal medicine.

Mrs. Stallings thoroughly enjoys teaching and is a strong advocate for her patients as she creates individualized health care plans. She is passionate about enhancing the health of her patients and assisting them in achieving their personalized goals of living an active and healthy lifestyle.
