Jose Dominguez, MD

Dr. Dominguez received his medical degree form the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center, Chicago, affiliated with the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

Dr. Dominguez has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 1996.

Dr. Dominguez went on to practice Primary Care and Internal Medicine at Primus Clinic and Adult Primary Care Clinic in Ft. Benning, Columbus, Georgia until 2015. While at Adult Primacy Care Clinic, he was assistant medical director, and served as PCP, caring for Army retirees and families of active duty soldiers. He was awarded with the Certificate of recognition for exceeding standards in the performance of duty and patient satisfaction by Koji Nishimura, Col, MC, Commanding, 15 March 2011, and recipient of Patient Focus Award- 2004 National Doctors Day Award.

Dr. Dominguez continues to practice in Snellville, Georgia, since 2016, and has been the Medical Director of Premier Primary Care since its opening in March 2019.

Dr. Dominguez is a member of the American College of Physicians / American Society of Internal Medicine.

In his spare time, Dr. Dominguez enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, gardening, and playing soccer.
